Yes.
you might have to make sure your video settings are @ 640x480 and 60hz for anything to show up on that panel

I have...
It sounds like you're not getting a signal. I see you are using the Mac adaptor. Try the vga input and also try another vga cable. Maybe that will fix the problem.

I am using the vga input... and I have tried 2 vga cables but these are the vga extention cables one side is male and the other side is female...
Well then, I would get another monitor or panel and verify that the cable does have a signal and then take it from there. Do you have the Nview cable that plugs in to the right of the cable in the picture?
Plug up the panel then plug another monitor to the optional monitor plug. If you get a signal on the optional monitor then the inputs are working just not showing up on the panel. If not use my highly scientific method of taking it apart and "jiggle the wires"😀

No, but I bought an adapter for it online and it should arrive within a week
I have the same panel and problem. Solved it last night.
Forget about using the "digital" input. Get a MAC to VGA adapter (15-pin), and plug it into the "analog" input. Run the VGA cable from your PC to the adapter. Like the previous replies states, make sure that you go to your display settings, and set the resolution to 640x480.
You'll be up-and-running in no time.
If you have any questions or need help, just send me a message, and I'll walk you through it.
Cheers!

THanks.
