I just got a nView MediaPro lcd panel, but unfortunately without any power supply.
Does anybody have a user manual, where the power supply is described. The plug has 5 contacts. I think it needs some +14 VDC, but I am not sure.
Thanks!

If its got 5 contacts then its either dual or triple power supply/ Like one is 5v one 12v and one 3volt. Then 12v ground and 3+5v ground on same line. This is only a example but the point is Im sure it uses more than one power feed. Your best bet is to find a spec sheet on it and find out what the pin-outs are. Also use a good PSU as the original ones for the panels are regulated very well like a psu for a pc. If you get any voltage spikes it can kill the panel due to sensitive electronics. So select the psu carfully with that in mind.

Thanks,
I figured out that the panel needs +14, +6 and -7 VDC. Currently I am trying to build the supply myself. The first example exploded already - never mix up the polarity of capacitators....
