nView MediaPro Incompatible with Nintendo?

Breifing:
I have recently resurected a projection system I made a while back that consists of a 3M 395 OHP (originally 360 watt ENX, modified for 410watt FXL), an nView Media Pro, a VCR with modified cable to plug into panel's BNC connector, and a Home Theater PC plugged into the panel's analog monotor port (VGA). All modes VCR tv, HTPC desktop, HTPC video, etc work with the exception of......

Problem:
When plugging either super Nintendo or Nintendo 64 into the VCR's input port and switching the VCR to video input mode the nintendo image jumps up by about 10% of screen height each second. It never completely rolls. I can change the problem somewhat by going into the LCD panel menu and changing phase... this gets rid of the jumping but then the image slowly "rolls" vertically. I've tried every possible combination of video path (including RF modulators before the VCR and connecting directly to the panel). I also moved the power supplys for both the panel and nintendo to the same outlet in case there was some sort of groud loop effect, problem remained.

Any ideas? There has to be something about the video signal the panel doesnt like.. I may compare the tuned TV signal vs Nintendo signal on the scope soon to find out what is different.

(both Nintendos and the VCR work with a regular tv)
