The SP1 Korg NuTube is isolated by a product developed by Pete Millett, and it works. There is no gain in this buffer design, and so the volume control is used to keep any 'hot' source at a level that doesn't overdrive the circuit. The selector switch is made by EIZZ and they are what I use when I want quality at an affordable price as compared to Elma and other more costly selector switches.

this unit with a 24 volt power supply, and the bias is set by way of trimmer pots. It is variable of course, and that is how one would adjust the amount of 2nd harmonic content in the output. I believe that this is exactly the way that the B1K circuit is adjusted, though this one is a buffer amp with no gain.

Pat, my mistake for showing a photo of the circuit without the bias pots installed yet. Yes, that is the normal way that these are adjusted. The unit is packed now and ready to ship. I appreciate the question. At first, I didn't 'get it'. Anyway, yes, here is a photo with the bias pots installed. Little blue pots on the circuit board, next to the smaller gold capacitors.
