Hi,
DIYClub.biz has a circuit board for tube sockets. I believe the set has two noval boards, two octal boards and two seven pin boards. They do not include the sockets.

I bought a set and soldered short wire lengths to them and use them for breadboarding circuits. They work pretty well though I admit having screw terminals might be a little nicer.
