Thanks Andrew.

Now that one has worked. The earlier test that I said didn't work was an error on my part, I had deleted the subscription at some point in the past.

In the last 10 days since my last post I have been using "Subscribed Threads" to see new contributions to old Threads.
and then using "search" by my name to find any unreported new contributions.
I have seen 4 unreported Threads in the intervening 10 days.
Today another one came up

I just don't understand why my subscriptions are being ignored despite Moderators stating that this is not the case.

As said above this was my problem...until I tried another browser. But - having found that Opera worked perfectly - I went back to Safari and found that that browser is now appearing to work perfectly for DIYaudio!! Very strange indeed. There is clearly some random lack of compatibility between late versions of some browsers and this along with a few other sites.

Happy New Year Andrew, Mooly and everyone else.

I changed over from IE to Firefox. Still does not report the new post @0124hrs this morning
I went back a bit further to find yet another new post that is unreported

And this one has been getting regular contributions for some months.
But it did have a break for over two years from 2013 to 2015, where no one posted.
That seems to be when the system took me off the Subscribed Threads listing.

The "Subscribed Threads" tool is broken.
