NOT a contest: What is this silhouette on my shirt?

I thought that it was something out of an old "Clip Art" catalog.

I would have thought that if someone printed this image on a t-shirt, it was meant as publicity. So I reckon this particular campaign was a failure?

My suconscious is telling me that it's linked to some TV series like The Office or 24.... Couldn't say which one because I don't watch TV at all.

I thought if I wore this in public a few dozen times, someone would eventually tell me what it is, as I don't know. But so far nobody I've asked knows either. So, anyone? (no prizes!)

It could be "House" or "CSI" but can't find the right photo.
