Dan, so I have taken into consideration the suggested midrange unit and came up with this. Under assumption of vented 60 litres tuned to 30Hz, the port should be like 3" by 8" or not if sealed worked better for you. Anyone else willing to improve/modify this design is more than welcome to do so.

The box is sealed and I’d like to keep it that way. Any chance you could make a parts list for me? Can I modify the existing crossover with new parts or would I need to build an entirely new crossover?

Cheap knockoff of the JBL L00 Century. This 5" sealed back is on a par with the original, so needs no back chamber: 5" Replacement Sealed Back Midrange, Paper Cone, 8 Ohm
