I have Wima mp3-x2 capacitors which are Nos.Do i need to reform them with low voltage? I heard some of them burns after 20 minutes of using.Reforming them like electrolytic caps may help ?
Paper epoxy, high loss-tangent, probably drift with age being paper, probably OK for decoupling.
For signal use go with polypropylene film if you can, very low distortion, reasonably low loss, don't drift in value with age.
