NOS MOSFETs.

Apologies for this being one of my very first posts but it may be useful to someone here.

From back in 'the day' when I repaired PA and HiFi I have found a bag of 7 pairs of 2SJ162 and 2SK1058 fets that were bought as manufacturer spares for a then monster 1KW PA amp.

They're original Hitachi parts (green 2SJs), four pairs with 0E1 datecodes, the rest with 0E1, 9C1, 9F1, 9D1 and 9M1.

One pair has been soldered but have full length legs, they were tested in a smaller amp and then removed.

They're doing nothing here and are unlikely to so, do these have resale value?
 
These are Lateral mosFETs, commonly used in good quality audio power amplifiers.
The plastic packaged 2SK/J are still available. They are generally a lot more expensive than the Vertical mosFETs manufactured in the millions, daily.
If you were to match them you could add some value.
