These were purchased by my company some 20 years ago so I guess they are already NOS.. Received from manufacturer, from the same batch..very easy to match.
International Rectifier, IRFP-240/ IRFP-9240, 32 pieces each.
These were great for basically any kind of amp, from high-power to A-Class Pass clones.
Looking to sell the whole bunch, around 50€ or PM with offer.
