North American Source for Sanken STD03 Transistor

Hi all,

My Vintage Kenwood integrated needs replacement output transistor of the Darlington Pack kind. Specifically, the Sanken STD03. Anyone found a reliable North American source? Thanks so much.

Note those come on both PNP and NPN, so you need to specify.
