I thought about doing a jfet input version CCSed and cascoded with Mosfets .... and then a follower

I also think about doing an "X" Pearl II prototype ( 2 gain stage, passive RIAA in between, with an Xmodul at the 2nd gain stage of course 🙂 just using the 2sk363 diff pair, with some leds in place of the zeners for even quieter noise operation.

So we could directly use the differential out for this X-Pearl II 😉
