Would appreciate your assistance, since I'm totally lost here.
Bought a second have Access Virus C, with tube amplification.
I want to understand more about this, as well as be prepared in case something happens - with spare parts 🙂
I'm attaching pictures of the way the tubes are installed, as well as the tubes in close ups.
Again - would appreciate any thoughts.
Thanks

Russian minuature tubes. OTK means quality checked. Is there any other markings on them? Most have a western equivalent.
Thanks!
No other markings.
Since I have no knowledge of this area, I'm wondering what are the things I need to know to be able to get spare parts.
the fact that only the big fat tube has that OTK1 led me to this link:
1MP 6H2N 6N2P RUSSIAN OTK1 PAIR VALVE / TUBE Amplitrex tested#2823001&2 | eBay. Is this the same?
And unfortunately, the thinner ones have no marking :-(

Access Virus C is a circa 2000 synth module ("brain"). I doubt that has tube stages in it.
That leaves your amplifier. What is it? Custom made? Commercial product?

Hey thanks - as I wrote, this is a 2nd hand virus C and the tube amplification was done by someone in Holland. I am trying to reach him but also trying to do some parallel research. Obviously If I'd reach him, I hope he'll have the answers ;-)
Thanks
Although I'll research this, what can you tell me about these?
What are the differences?
Much appreciated

Sometimes if you put the tube in the refrigerator to cool it. Then go outside on a very sunny day, breath some condensation on the tube, the faded etching of the tube number will pop out. Or inspecting it under a 15,000 lumen LED work light works too.
