Presently engaged in developing the 5KW class-d module for subwoofers using hi speed optocouplers and discrete gate drivers....6N137, 2SD882/2SB772, 3pairs of IRFP360 in parallel, +-160VDC rails, 150Khz switching frequency....

The project is intended for pro-audio application only....

Opto-coupled level shifters are much easier way to do the level-shifting at such hi voltage....

UCD type level-shift drivers are prone to Cross-Conduction at such high voltage levels and also they require much larger deadtime with such hi rails...
We have implemented NEGATIVE GATE BIAS of -5V to turn off the mosfets much faster.....which is much more reliable then simply turning the gate voltage to zero in regular versions

Forced Clock at 150KHZ
