Been around portable tube amps for
years.
Wind noise like that usually intermittent.
Heater short. Goes/comes with warmup/cool down.
junk on cathode or heater.
More common if the heater is really buried up there
on larger plate small tubes.

Yes, it does chill. I expected it to look a bit frosty, like this: https://www.chemtronics.com/content...ltimate-guide-to-diagnostic-freeze-spray.jpeg
I sprayed cold spray on things while it was operating. Some areas/components made unhappy noises in the speakers when sprayed. Should I consider anything that reacted like that to be faulty?
You should be using your scope rather than the amplifier and speakers when doing this unless you want to damage other parts of your system. 🙂
Unhappy noises may be the result of moisture condensing on components, a bad component, solder joint, etc. You need to look at the specific noise generated on your scope before and after spraying just ONE component at a time.
The other option at this point might be to consider finding a good tech to sort this out for you.

Shouldnt be too bad.
Probably something hitting end of life.
Cap or pot, old socket. solder connections.
etc etc.
Odd it didnt move with the tube, make life easy.
Be basic tube replacement.
Heaters pull current could be spread out
pins. Or a old cap with moisture contamination
If your tapping the tube and getting reproducible
results, usually a tube. This case the shock is going
into the socket. Not moving with the tube.
So socket issue, connection issue near socket.
Or any component mounted near socket or using
the posts as a mounting tap. I have seen pins not
spread out so should be good. But pin is broken
inside socket.
