no output on skytec pro 240 amp

Hello there guys/girls

i have 2 of the above amps and on both the white phono output (on the back) doesnt seem to be working. On the amps themselves on the front they have a led indicator (left & right)

and left is not iluminating any more allthough the right is, i have tried various cables and plugging into various sound sources to be no availe

i completely have no understanding in this feild and was hoping for some advise
