I haven'f third wire in my house for ground. instead of that, zero is connected on ground pin on plug. If I connect ground from amp on that pin, hum is outstandable...
so, my plans are to dig one copper plate into earth and then connect that plate with one huge cable to my amp ground....

Why do you want to connect your amp "zero" aka null to ground ?
It's usually not necessary.
But if you want, yes a big copper plate or much easier a copper pipe into the earth makes a fine ground.
Connect it only to your equipment for best results.

Yes, bonding of nuetral to ground isn't needed and can be dangerous. Should something let go, stray voltage would just be re-injected into the amp instead of absorbed by ground. A 6 foot copper rod driven 3-4 feet into earth will give you a solid grounding point. Then you can use a #6 or #8 conductor to provide electrical ground to the amp.
