This seems like a silly question, but my new subs (Dayton RSS315HF-4) came in the mail and neither of them has a gasket. Looking at the pictures on PE, it isn't supposed to have one either. When they are installed in my boxes, which is a perfect fit, I can push on the driver and there is audible air leakage. What do I do to seal this? Keep in mind this is without screws installed, but I can't imagine screws will seal the air in. Or is this not an issue? The boxes are sealed, by the way.
EDIT: I saw the stuff on PE which others have used, but I'd really rather not pay for postage again, especially when postage is more than the tape itself.

Try some open cell foam weather, strip it'll squish down to nothing and make a good seal. The closed cell variety will not compress as well unless they are very thin like the PE stuff. I use the PE stuff FWIW.

Won't open cell let air through, though? How thick does the stripping need to be? McMaster sells 1/16" thick x 1/2" wide for about $4.50 and their shipping is very cheap through USPS. Without a gasket, my drivers are exactly the right height in the cutout, so ideally there isn't much space taken up by tape so that it mounts as flush as possible.
I use this stuff K Strip 3/8 in. x 17 ft. All-Climate Weather Stripping for Small Gaps-02618 at The Home Depot
It mushes down pretty good but you may want to use something thinner like http://www.homedepot.com/h_d1/N-5yc...splay?langId=-1&storeId=10051&catalogId=10053
