No clue with Fairchild FPS Design Assistant-Excel

I'm trying to design a tube power supply with several outputs. I know this tool works for the application, but I have no idea how to plug in my variables. In fact, I have never used Excel before.

Can anyone explain how to punch the numbers and get a result?

The controller: FSCQ0965RT

Application notes PDF: Product Search Results

Here's the link for the tool, but an account is necessary for download.

SMPS/Fairchild Power Switch (FPS) Excel-based Design Tools | Fairchild Semiconductor | Global Leader in Power Optimization

It will not let me change anything, and flags, "opened in read only mode".

Any pointers would be appreciated.
