How solid a mount should I consider for this enclosure?
I don't plan to hang it from the ceiling or anything, but I was wondering how much stability I need to provide when I mount this. I was hoping to have only one point of contact between the mount and the enclosure, essentially a free-standing speaker.
My real question is whether the port in this configuration will provide any force to counter the driver's force.

Mounting
Well, if that enclosure acts anything like the non folded line I just made...hold those suckers down with something. There will quite a bit of air rushing out. Just make sure to support them with something sold. Maybe even add some damping material between the enclosure and the mount/s to absorbe the energy.
Just my 2 cents...

I don't think you need to worry too much about air movement caused by the drivers, more important is that its stable, and the cones are out of the way of little fingers!😉
I would mount the whole thing on a centre column, fixed to a nice big square plate on the ground, that will stop it tipping easily, and will keep the drivers out of harms way.

F=MA, anchor them down; otherwise enclosure moves and motor doesn't (exagerated for clarity).
