I have 2 Denovo Audio Anarchy 7" 4ohm drivers that I bought a few years ago for a WAW/FAST design that I abandoned. I now have a bigger office and want to see if I can build a nice sub to augment the low end of my Planet10 designed Alpair 10p Fonkens, and maybe a future pair of FF85wk Fonkens. I don't need it to shake the floor/rattle the walls, response down to 30hz would be nice, mostly I'd just like it to blend well and sound good with music. I'd probably need to drive it with a plate amp. I don't need to use both drivers, but I have 2, so if it makes sense or offers any advantages why not? I'd prefer one box though, rather than 2. I read about the 25hz tapped horn design for these drivers, and it looks bigger and more suited to HT than I'd like. Any advice/recommendations are appreciated, thanks!
Try with a simple offset TL design. It will be much smaller and you'll give up only a few dB (compared to the TH), but you'll also end up with a much wider usable bandwidth. The updated version of Hornresp makes it much easier to design an offset TL for your Anarchy drivers

So the question is where did those measures come from, and how.
I find that using numbers that us diyers have measured is not nearly as useful (typically) as factory numbers.
I can run a sim on these, but perhaps you could email the vendor for numbers.

On first pass look like 7 litres per driver. Sealed or reflex. Reflex has F10 3 hz or so lower than sealed, the reflex staying flatter longer.
What kind of room gain?
You can build 2 boxes to gain the advantage of different placement, or a single push-push to make a single better woofer.
These do not go all that low in either of these enclosures, which would suggest sealed + EQ.
Fo of the Mar-Ken 10p falls right between the sealed and vented, so the sealed would be needed to go lower than the A10p mains.
for FF85wk they would be much more useful, but perhaps consider a WAW instead of a “sub”

I think I'm going to save the drivers for the FF85wk/Anarchy 7 WAW I had originally planned on once I have the budget for the bi-amp setup I'd like. I may just do a cheap sub project that already has plans in the meantime to go with the Mar-Kens for fun. I'm going to email diysoundgroup though and see if I can get factory specs for the future.
