Hi…I have been thinking about using the Dell Mini 10 as the foundation for a reasonably priced pc audio setup. I understand that it is fanless, and can be configured with either the Atom Z520 or N450 processor, and with either Win 7 or Win XP. I would rip my CDs to an external HD as lossless .WAVs, use appropriate playback software (cmPlayer, foobar, JRiver), a suitable DAC, etc. Any and all thoughts, recommendations, and/or feedback is welcomed and greatly appreciated.

I'd recommend Win 7, easier to get bit-perfect results than XP out of the box.
