Yes the instrument is not cheap. I happen to own one personally because of my day job. I bought it from eBay. It was a gamble purchasing from eBay.
I used the 2602B to characterize all of the LU1014 from Mr Pass's stash for the group buy in 2021. The code for that effort was written by me. The curve tracer app above is on Github
