takes us to a "Out of stock" page.
Going to parts and selecting jfets shows the matched pair as grade B (Out of stock). The other grades of matched pairs are not listed.

in stock at 0135hrs this morning.
I saw stock @ ~0700hrs this morning. Don't remember which grade.

The inventory at the store sold out in a few hours.
There is (currently) no plans to sell anything other than matched pairs in B grade.
More stock will trickle into the store, but with the jfets, demand will essentially outstrip supply for the foreseeable future.

Why should this be? Is the supply being kept low on purpose?
Because the manufacturer has incredibly low yields per wafer... they are fantastically tricky to make.
The supply coming from the factory is low, LS limits quantities to all their customers, so supply to the store and in turn the consumers is very limited.
If we could buy a few thousand of the Jfets, believe me, that would have already happened.

there was a group buy a few years back.
LSK170 in A, B & C grades. I think we got around 5000 of them at affordable prices.
