I found this new bandpass patent info.

I think we can make one for ourselves.

I have an idea on this enclosure. I may build an experimental enclosure for an EHQS 12 or old RF 10" sub.

Well I have built some aperiodic bi-chamber enclosures before and this type might be similar in some ways.
Is it just me, or does it seem like the patent author is just trying to come up with a way to circumnavigate the Bose patent?
In other words, you can't sell a bandpass subwoofer with dual vents without paying Bose a royalty, so he came up with a design that uses three.
(AFAIK, Bose owns the patents on reflex boxes that look like this and this.)
