Better looking boards than I did! It should sound good you may need to trim a little for compensation.
Are all resistors in the output stage 1/4 watt? I want to use the output stage as a source follower after the ba3 front end. Gonna put it together on perfboard.

In the shematic I read:
"C7,2 optional. Depends on OP Amp used. Sweep of frequency response and stability."
WHAT have I measure and WHERE?
Do you have values for different OPA wich did you implement?

Instead of 1uF polypropylene for C1,C5 you might want to try polyphenylene sulfide 1uF which is available in through-hole in 10mm lead spacing.
