New moderators

Well, you have to own your own private jet, be a member of at least two secret societies aimed at world domination, and a have a hidden base inside a volcano. That gets you on the long list. 😉

I see requirements have lessened somewhat ?!?! When I was a mod I also had to have inside contacts with both the russian and the US government.

Good luck to both gentlemen, without mods this site would be not as it is now.

You myth-buster, now how do we keep them aboard? Oh, a janitor can even get Lucy Liu after all.😀

Congrats, Guys!

And now for a slightly awkward question. No offense, but....
Over the last couple of years I've noticed a number of new mods being appointed, but I don't remember any of the old mods stepping down / retiring. So - do they just sort of accumulate or what?

Maybe it's like beer - there's always room for more. :drink:

Bas, Netlist, Iain McNeill had retired for example. We give an emeritus title to former mods and they are always welcome to rejoin if the team is not too big already.
