New member, I want to communicate with OJG

Hi, OJG.

Thank you for sharing! I successfully replicated your ThatMicPre project and made a few minor modifications:

1. Slightly reduced the width of the mainboard to fit aluminum cases available on China's Taobao.
2. Adjusted the panel layout height and the positions and sizes of the mounting holes to match the aluminum cases on Taobao.

For those interested, you can check out my fork.

I also replaced the NC3MBH1 with the NCJ6FA-H, which is compatible with both 6.35mm TRS and XLR connectors. However, I haven’t fabricated or tested the new mainboard. Anyone interested can fabricate it directly; I believe the design should work without issues.

During the process, I used That1512 and SSM2019 chips purchased from Taobao, but neither produced an output. Finally, I bought a second-hand AD620 from Taobao for just $0.6, with free shipping, and it worked as expected.

I hope my experience can help others avoid unnecessary trouble.
