Jan, I may be daft but it seems to me that on page 143 LA 13 the power transistors are reversed.
That's debatable 🙂
But you were right about the error in the circuit. Corrected attached.

Yes that was most amazing: people who earned their stripes, have nothing more to prove, yet sitting down spending many hours of their scarce free time to write an article for us for basically pizza money. And that empatically includes you Bob!

I am saddened at the end of this run, but feel fortunate to have acquired all volumes of LA (just ordered 12 and 13 a few minutes ago). Terrific content, excellent publication quality - an impressive body of work and remarkably inexpensive, considering.
