Anybody heard of MOTUS? I just came across this new addition at solen: Solen Electronique Inc.
They don't really seem all that exciting to me, but a quick google turned up hardly anything. They all show back order, so who knows when they'd be available. They look pretty 😛

Their homepage doesn't show much either. There's some specs and some pictures (which look like they could just be renderings) but no dealers listed. I guess Solen will be a dealer, but I'm guessing they're just starting out making drivers and don't have production yet.

They look pretty and it's nice that they are showing us distortion graphs too, but with regards to their 'ultra low distortion' claim, the drivers fall a tad short if you ask me.
Solen can take a while to get stock after they list a new back ordered product. Hopefully sooner than later though. But they do look good and sturdy, especially the open back.
I just heard them at the Newport show in a 2 way speaker kit they're coming out with. The sound was outstanding, very similar to the Scanspeak based Fritzspeakers I heard. They also had a very interesting looking flat 5" paper "cone" concentric design for a pretty steep $220.00 on display. They all were, as you said, beautiful. The beauty does seem to be justified though, based on what I heard..

I finally got a chance to try the 8". There's very little info about these out there, so I did a test and review with pretty detailed measurements. Its on youtube here: https://youtu.be/-arauLGBuyc
Somebody tested a bunch of 5" including a Motus.

Great video, thanks for sharing it Tux! I am impressed by this speaker line; the 5.25" looks interesting for a project I am working on, so might give it a try.
Now that Ive tried the 8" I totally agree Id like to try the 5.25". Maybe a computer speaker using a neo dome like the SB29 or something that can cross low. Try to eliminate the vertical lobing as much as possible.Great video, thanks for sharing it Tux! Good recipe. This little tweeter punches way above it's weight: https://www.parts-express.com/pedocs/specs/264-1002--tymphany-ox20sc00-04-spec-sheet.pdf
