Hi everyone, my name is Mike Forbes and I've been into serious home recording since 2003 (was 15 at the time) when I got my first mixer for Christmas! Now I'm a student at Stevens Institute of Technology in NJ (right across the river from NYC) pursuing my degree in Music & Technology. Over the years I've picked up a huge understanding of digital audio and recording techniques, mostly thanks to websites like this (and of course, Wikipedia).
