This is from AS “АLFA RPAR” a company I've been following in recent years due to its bringing back analog synthesizer chips and related analog semiconductors that were discontinued by other manufacturers over the decades. Other than having received a few samples of the synth chips, I have no relation to the company.
I don't know if the '402' number means anything, but this company has often used previous part numbers for its products, such as AS394 for its equivalent of the LM394 supermatched transistor pair.

No it does not.
It lacks HTTPS signing. The entire internet worked that way for 25 years. HTTPS does NOT avoid "Trojans", only verifies that whatever you get has not been modified in the download.

АLFA RPAR AS402
Stunning high input bias current. (Goes with low hiss voltage.) Higher than '5532. Hardly a "universal stuff-in". With attentive design, perhaps a great low-Z audio amplifier.
I do not see anybody selling it.

Malwarebytes?
Malwarebytes?
Marlwarebytes ---yes the online browser version as I use Manjaro Linux but that isn't all the protection I have installed apps on my browser and blocked a large number of network ports .
Removed (Google ) tracking from FF in about:config as well as large changes of coding but my main browser is Waterfox .
Got a "write up" in US website - Sitejabber -- 2017- 54,000 views they kept on emailing me to write some more but I will only post on apps I believe in.
Look Scott the prove is in the pudding -- old way ( under MS ) attacked --new way under Manjaro -Peace and quiet.
Yes I tried Ubuntu and Mint but they have "gone commercial " links to Redmond now.
I don't think people appreciate how sophisticated malware is now the latest lot can hide in seemingly innocent coding , can go silent when scanned , can split itself up and rejoin and can not be seen by most virus apps which are ( at most ) 90 % efficient .
I don't want to list all the methods here as it might help some hackers but many have the coding for US government intelligence services which are practically invisible.

Paranoia will destroy ya.
It is a main component of Malwarebytes' business plan. Tested it recently and found it intolerable.
This seems like a very impressive hybrid opamp. Not sure how a semi manufacturer can survive with such a limited product range. Do they have resellers?
Edit: seems like they only have in Russia

They do have Western resellers, but they're boutique parts and kit suppliers and don't carry the whole line. No doubt there are manufacturers buying and/or setting up orders for the synth parts. A few other companies (story and one dealer here) have started making them as well, but this company appears to have more different parts available than others, and so I would guess is getting more orders:
Semiconductor production - ALFA -Riga Latvia Europe
Here's another dealer, but again they only carry some of the manufacturer's parts and with the dealers aiming at music synth and guitar stomp box markets, they're unlikely to carry such "high end" audio parts. I wonder if we'll ever see any of these companies' parts at the big "real" distributors, Digikey Mouser or Newark/Elemet14. I did mention these to Digikey a while back.
Small Bear Electronics
Smallbear carries the replacement for the LM394 that TI dropped. I'm guessing this is used in the AS402 module:
Alfa LV LM194/394 Work-alikes - Small Bear Electronics

If someone really need info on AS402 availability, I might write them mail as native speaker.
Also Infinite Machinery. ALFA RPAR sells some of their ICs.
