Hello all !
Posted about a week ago, just wanted to say thanks to all the great suggestions to help me get started.
Been readin every night and starting to form a basic working knowledge on the concept and execution.
Some questions, if I understand correctly our general philosphy is minimalism ala Kimura-san.
I would like to emulate the execution of the of the 47 Lab, does anyone have a representative layout of the circuitry or is it bad form to do this?
(I am making the conclusion that the toroidal x-fmr is located in the cylindrical, "Power Humpty" with an umbilical to the amp, questions of this nature).
Another question, I would like to process the signal through a set of analogue Sansui QS Quadraphonic matrix/phase boards.
I do like the effect of the 4.0 signal synthesizer presumably I will need to construct a chip amp with four separate chips to amplify the output of the 4 channel matrix decoder.
The matrix boards require a 25vdc supply and it appears as if this should be a compatible voltage with some of the chip amps so I should be able to construct a power supply that will serve the chip and the matrix board.
Comments and suggestions are welcome.
Thanks again to everyone, andrew
