@cdsgames
Is there an earth connection via the GPIO connector between the three Katana boards so that the studs between the boards can be made from non-conducting material like nylon?
Thanks
Matt

Yes RPI connectors and our connectors (rpi like) provide Gdn
thanks.. there is a wire connected in the 2ng layer.. what is that for?

Connection to a power supply.
See manual with post #1938.

Congratulations cdsgames,
looking at the pictures I think it would be very cool to get black nylon standoffs in the same colour like the boards with the Katana.
What do you think about?
Matt
We found an issue on Katana at hi frequency (thx Mark)
We are investigating and will update shortly

will the first 200 katanas be reworked?
The production boards are different from prototypes, microcontoller now has 2 sets shielded components and absent super capacitor(?) Do you have a list of and description of the modifications for the 3 board stack.

You are most welcome, of course. In end, hopefully everyone will benefit from this early intervention.

The Katana I received for review has super caps for AVCC on the bottom of the Katana board rather than on the microcontroller board. There are film caps on top, at least they look like probably film.
