Looks like a stereo version of IRS2092 - double the voltage and half the drive current.
correct IRS2092, and its differential this is perfect for sub-woofer full bridge applications and price sensitive applications! I cannot seem to find them for purchase.
They have solved the problem for OC full bridge applications in one chip.
