I´m going to build a new center speaker with a 1,5" horn and 2 x 10" speakers. Am i getting trouble with a laying MTM ? Or should i mount the horn above the 10" like this Jbl center: JBL SYNTHESIS - Product Details

I would watch the Center to center distance but at 750Hz you certainly have more room. How wide is your horn?? Clasic MTM is distance equals 1/2 wavelength at crossovers. I use the Array 880 as the center in my HT set-up, even though it's an MTM it sounds very smooth off axis. You can't hear any obvious lobing issues. It also has the horn vertical though and that helps minimze the C to C distance. The woofers are twin 8"s.
