Good news !
Is it a stereo or dual mono configuration ?
How did you populate the pcb ? If you have any photo to post here it would be great 😉
Thank you

it' s a dual mono. Components were from an old GB for the A30.
There are 22000uF x 6 per chanel.
Now they are to the sides of the chassis and photo is not easy to take.

Thanks,
I also wonder about R3 to R12 : are they populated or left with jumpers ?
So you get 132 000µf on each side ! That's huge... what kind of transformer did you mount ?

They are populated with .47r resistors.
Transformers are one per channel 250VA 2x18, because I already had them. If I didn' t already had them, I would get bigger.

Thanks again for replying !
What is the purpose of those 0,47 resistors ? Korben said that he has left them for the mini aleph... I don't understand this PSU topology...

It helps lowering ripple on dc voltage. You can put the resistors and then bypass them with a wire and see what you like best.

Hello,
I wonder about C1 and C2 on PSU board : I can't find them in the BOM, i that mean they are unneeded ?

naaaaa, its just a 1nf PS1H103G-ND
the psu board is very similar to this,
An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

People, Buy those boards for almost any project. Wonderful quality, wonderful price, easy and effective layout. Best sound from your normal LM3886 implementation if you use those boards instead of smaller supplies. Buy a Sonance Sonamp and rip out the guts. Put this in the center between the sinks and the amps on the sinks supplied in the Sonance and you are good to go. Have done it twice now and wow.

Brian, I just pay paled you for a set of the power supply board and a set of the amp boards. I assume this is a stereo set? it occurred to me I usually build dual mono, do I need to pay for another PS board, or is the one sufficient for a stereo amp, on the same chassis of course.
Lastly, is there a BOM anywhere?
Thanks for the opportunity to build this.
