I don't think you're wrong, for $300k they'd have to be extremely special.

By far the best speakers I've heard were big, active studio monitors, no passive 'HighEnd' ever got close.
As I mentioned earlier the top-of-the-range ATCs cost a fraction of that and include amps (obviously). With that kind of money to spend that is where I would look and use some of the left over cash to properly soffit-mount them and get the room professionally treated/designed.
Also I don't particularly like speakers which draw visual attention to themselves as it interferes with the stereo illusion.
This veers into psycho-acoustics which is also why I believe many people think that speakers close to the rear wall don't offer much depth to the stereo field. We are visual creatures and if in doubt the brain always gives precedence to visual clues over aural ones. If we see a wall the brain tells the ears that there cannot be any depth and so these aural clues get disregarded flattening the apparent depth as a result.
Once you close your eyes for long enough while listening the depth returns.

from a 300 k usd iwould be more pleased to see something
more particular...😱 Am i wrong? cheers🙂

You know what inertial, I am with you on this one.
As a good example I can name B&W or Wharfedale.
I remember once downloading a manual for Wharfedale Airdale
Neo or something, it was a flagship though, the whole XO schematic
and parts installed were clearly described. I mean what's the big
deal, not like there are any secrets in this business. If one is
paying dearly for such a product, it would be a sign of good manners
and pro attitude to provide such information.

Take Wharfedale Heritage for example, a beatiful piece of furniture
with good parts and technology installed and cheap compared to Avalon.
