Hi Badgerg, and welcome to diyAudio🙂
Assuming your soundcard is relatively standard, it will have the outputs on a 3.5mm stereo jack, ( similar to the plug on a set of walkman type headphones), and your amp will have phono,( called RCA by our transatlantic cousins), inputs.
It would be relatively easy to make up a lead to do this, and if you wish, I can give you more details, but the easiest solution is to pop down to your local branch of Maplin Electronics, Richer Sounds, or another hi-fi shop, and buy a ready made lead.
If you explain what you want it for, they should be able to provide you with an appropriate cable, and this has the advantage that if it's not quite what you need you can probably swap it for another type.

If I understand correctly you want permanent RCA female jacks on the housing you built. You bought already 3.5 jack to 2 phono adapter. All you have to do now is buy 2 female chassis mount RCA jacks (phono) and mount them in a housing. Then cut off both phono sockets from the cable you bough and solder the cables to the jacks you mounted in a housing. For ea. channel you need one, so usually 2 are used.😉
