I designed an anti pop for the TDA3116, and I'd like to share it.
It uses more parts than this awesomely simple solution but it removes the shut-down pop as well.
Here is the schematics and principles of operation GitHub - fabiodl/antipop

Hello all,
I use this board;
The volume control has a built in switch, I switched on ... no noise at all, I switched off a slight 'PoP'
After advice from FauxFrench I removed two 75k (753) resistors which lowered the gain to 20dB and no hiss at all and ... the switch off 'pop' was barely audible.
Cheers - Jem

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.
