TTBOMK there's nothing except I assume they need a full drain/re-zapping after all these decades of often high power transient use, though not much use in the past several years for various reasons.
TTBOMK 'our' main concern WRT to the reboot is; will they still provide this service for existing owners now that it's not really GPA anymore?

The thing is, while they profit big time of the altec legacy, they won't risk anything to continue servicing old drivers. They will pointing to the drivers in the recent product drivers instead. Don't hate them for that, that's the only way small manufacturers can handle legacy. Nonetheless, their price policy will not grant them a bright future.
Sorry -just me being inordinately slow & getting caught up rewriting the contents of the Alexandria Library. 😉 Shortened version now sent!Speaking of which, google mail noted that the BD conversation we were having hadn't been responded to for 4 days, so curious if too busy/whatever or didn't get my latest response. No biggie of course, just this made me wonder.
I presume you mean the Library of Alexandria as the Alexandria Library is in Alexandria, Virginia.

My grammar gets worse daily. 😉 That's the one. Remind me to speak to my doctor about it. 🤣
Hang on- 'speak to my doctor'? In the UK? I'd have more chance of having a chat with a stegosaurus about the design of the IBM 360...

I resemble that remark.
This has become my health problem beginning with Covid, which just happened to be when I started falling apart at the seams. 🙄

Not what you'd call 'ideal'.
Hope the respective administrative lords & masters get their respective fingers out & you'll have a better one in the v. near future!

Speaking of which, there seems to be enough folks to maybe like to have the late (great IMNSHO) Bill Eckle's VoTT history chart that allowed me to 'remember' the above: https://web.archive.org/web/20040406133427/http://www.wmeckle.com/INTRO/intro.htmActually, TTBOMK, the 515E was the 'C's ferrite variant.
When I got online and started searching 'Altec', he introduced himself and loaded me to the 'brim'.
