Speakers yes, amps no - although I'd be happy to build more of these.
Based on my experience with those recycled power TX, I'd run all heaters except the rectifier on separate filament TX. The high current heater tap for the rectifiers were substantially larger gauge wire - you'd have to work at breaking one, but the filament secondaries for the line level tubes were very flimsy.
At $13 each, the part costs a lot less than the time and aggravation to troubleshoot the problem.
Even at the worst case, the RS 12v 3A centre tapped filament could probably run all the heaters in a monoblock.
