I used that transformer in a 45/2A3 project, It's a very nice transformer but I did find audio signal on the HT (B+) I'm not sure but I think it's flowing through the 2.5v winding and into the HT. I am now going to use separate 2.5v transformers for the heaters of DHT tubes.
You might check for signal riding on the top of the HT.

By refer to A. Ciuffoli schematic it look like no resistor before the 100uf (1st cap)
I do the hybrid before but with a small resistor before the 100uf 1st cap.
Now I plan to put a 47uf cap. Do I still need to place a resistor before it?
