Neg Speaker Binding Post QSC PL 6.0 PFC

I need to replace a broken speaker binding post from my QSC Powerlight 6.0 PFC amplifier. It is the black negative post that broke off. I attempted to weld it back together but that was unsuccessful.

The service manual describes the part and part number.

CO-000146-00 BINDING POST, SINGLE, 1 POS, FEMALE, 60A BLACK

I am asking here because QSC parts said this item is discontinued and out of stock.

I have been unable to find a suitable retrofit. So I'll need to get spares from a donor unit most likely.

I've tried contacting Cliff in the UK, however, still now response from them.
Mouser, Newark, Parts Express, MCM, CE, all don't show this item in search.

I may have to get one off a donor amp.

Well its probably a matter of time before one fails again - unless you can find beefier terminals that fit the space. Brass is not exactly a high-tensile alloy.

The only way to get 6AWG into such a post diameter is with an oval hole I suspect - perhaps a lower rated post of the same thickness could be milled-out to take thicker wire without compromizing the structural integrity so much?

Alas at these high current levels a steel post will produce measurable magnetic distortion, even if it might be stronger...
