Hi.
I'm in desperate need of the schematics to this inverter.
It (when in working order...) takes 230V (50Hz) on the input an puts out 3*230V (0-400Hz) to a three-phase motor.
Being a complete moron (an EE-moron sadly...) i connected it to 440V instead of 230V on the input.
No surprise it's dead now. Low-voltage control-electronics seems to be fine.
The power-side is a bridge followed by 3 caps (couple of hundred uf/385V). After that there's 3 discrete H-bridges.
I can't see anything that's smoked. Power-fet's seems to be fine.
When connected to 230V it draws heavy current and blow circuit breaker.
I would very very very much appreciate any help. It's a gift to my father and I can't bare to tell him that his idiot-son has destroyed it.... :-(
Here's the only info I could find: Users manual
Regards TroelsM
EDIT: Yes I have contacted Siemens to get a schematic, but I have no high hopes to get it.

we manage to have several inverters that destroy themselves where i work the transistor module or o\p devices usually fail, AB Fuji, etc, the manufacturs wont supply us with circuit details so i doubt you will get one unfortunatly.
