I used to use BoxPlot for this, but cannot get it to run with Win8.1 .
Primarily I simply need to input Qts, Vas, Fs, and Vb and then add
a high-pass filter and plot the output response ...............

What the world needs is a 32bit BoxPlot 🙂

Note that this program is a dressed up Excel spreadsheet. It has some issues when run under Excel 2013, but works well under earlier versions.
