Need to take/build digital out of CD player

I have Philips CD radio MC175 and I need to make a CD digital output(COAX) to it to feed external DAC. I think the unit mark is ECO-SL Mk3. Where and how is the best to take it? I marked the place on the schematics where it says "for external DAC 3x220R". Is that the place through 220R resistors?

What do you mean by external DAC? Do you mean DAC chip or a manufacturers DAC - the latter have digital or Toslink input.

If you are talking DAC chip, then yes, those 3 lines are required. Depending on the DAC device you plan to use, there may be other lines n eeded like deemphasis, muting etc.,

I have an external DAC unit with power supply and preamp that has COAX IN(RCA plug) and AUDIO OUT. Since the COAX consists of two lines I need some help of choosing the right spots and maybe need to add some additional components.

ok, i understand you are not connecting to a DAC chip so those two wires won't do it.

I cannot read the main diagram but at the bottom, just right of middle it says DIGITAL OUT and in right hand bottom corner there appears to be a LED, possibly for TOSLINK?. Almost certrainly wou will find the signal. It is likely the signal for TOSLINK is TTL - it will need to be converted to SPDIF - this is done by an inverter circuit, like below.
