It's a pretty standard-quality diode rated at 1000V/2.5A. There are about a million replacements.
I thought I find them at Mouser, but it doesn't seem they carry it. Anybody can recommend a source?
Peter Daniel said:I'm looking to replace those diodes, and don't know where to find them. The print says: GP15B 9532. Thanks for any assistance.
The general instrument data book lists GP15B as:
glass passivated junction plastic rectifier..
100 volts, 1.5 amperes.
Peak forward surge 50 amps half sine.
1.1 volts forward at 1.5 amps
full load reverse current Tambient=55C, leads .375 inches., 100uA.
5 uA at 25C
200 uA at 150 C
2 uSec Trr
15 pF. (1 mHz, 4 vdc)
25 degrees C per watt, straight line derating from 60 C to 175.
operating and storage -65 to 175 C.
30 mil leads..plated
Hope that's enough...
