Need to build an enclosure for my cornea and elmo guts.

I want to relocate my panel and ohp guts into a wall mounted, front-firing enclosure. I am unsure about things such as:
How to make the holder for the lcd, glass before the lcd or not, where to cool the lcd.
I am looking forward to this, and am really excited to get the details up on the web.
